The RPO Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the RPO team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations within the recruitment process. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external clients to deliver efficient recruitment solutions. Grade 12 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the recruitment industry. Experience with RPO or staffing agencies is preferred. Administrative Support : Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and documentation. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Manage recruitment-related correspondence and communication. Onboarding and Compliance : Assist in the preparation of onboarding documents and contracts. Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and submitted timely. Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials. Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Client and Candidate Interaction : Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates for administrative inquiries. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and timelines.
