We are currently looking for an UI Path Application Support Specialist to join our South Africa Manage Support Services Team. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to build their software engineering experience while working on real world technical issues with Sabio's Products and Custom Application solutions.

Role Description As an Application Support Specialist, you will be in charge of the overall product support for discrepancies/bugs/ enhancements/customer education for our Robotic Process Automation software through standard channels email and ticketing tools. Help Top customers with the technical tickets. Feedback to the product team.
You will work as part of a distributed, global team, providing advanced second, third and fourth line technical support to Sabio's solutions, Products and Custom Applications. You will remediate service affecting incidents and fulfil internal and external service requirements, whilst gaining experience of a variety of waterfall and agile deployment approaches.

Key Responsibilities
Required Skills Undergraduate/postgraduate qualification in computing science/software engineering or relevant experience. Minimum 2 year of experience in UI Path Business Process Automation/Robotic Process Automation Knowledge of programming using languages such as Java, C#, Go. Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL. Strong analytics skills to understand the business process, deployment skills, log analysis. Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable delivering a message to colleagues and customers at all levels of seniority. Experience working within a challenging customer service environment. Completion of the following UI Path courses: RPA Introduction: https://academy.uipath.com/courses/introduction-to-rpa-and-automation Infrastructure Engineer Foundation: https://academy.uipath.com/learning-plans/rpa-infrastructure-engineer-foundation Infrastructure Engineer Intermediate: https://academy.uipath.com/internal/learning-plans/uipath-infrastructure-foundation-intermediate Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseDesirable Skills Previous experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role. Experience with data technologies such as Prometheus and Grafana. Experience working in F5 Load balancing tool. Experience working Microsoft SQL. Experience working in virtualised and cloud environments, particularly VMWare. Experience working in containerised environments, such as Docker. Familiarity with source control, ideally Gitlab. Experience working with ITIL processes, and tools such as ServiceNow. Experience working in a DevOps environment Experience working on Windows servers. Experience working on Linux servers. Experience on Jenkins Deployment Pipeline. Understanding of networking fundamentals. Exposure to contact centre environments. Fluency in multiple languages (English, plus Spanish and/or French). Characteristics Proactive and self-sufficient. Copes well under pressure. Analytical mindset with logical and methodical approach to problem solving. Customer focused. Detail oriented. Creative, able to think outside the box. Works well as part of a team.
