About the job To develop and execute route to market strategies for traditional trade in South Africa ensuring optimal products availability, visibility and penetration. Drive Sales growth, enhancing distributor performance, and maximising market coverage by tailoring coverage models to unique dynamics of informal markets particularly spazas and independent retailers and midis Build and maintain strong relationship with distributor partner(s) optimize operational efficiencies and implements sustainable solutions to meet business objectives while aligning with consumer and trade needs. Management of route-to-market initiatives & pre-sellers to optimize trade channels & retail outlets particularly spazas. Ensuring effective coverage of outlets, merchandizing & shoring up the number of Traditional Trade outlets in Market
About you Qualification(s) Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Economics & Data Analysis (Alternatively suitable degree)
Experience 5-7years hands on experience Experience in FCMG RTM/Channel Management/Distributor Management Strong communication skills Excellent self-organizational skills
