For further information call: 010 010 7024.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Route Controller is responsible for the preparation of the daily delivery plan, monitoring the progress of deliveries, and communicating the route revisions to the customer as well as the events that will have an impact on the customer's delivery.Key Functional ResponsibilitiesDaily Route Planning.Use daily volume requirement to prepare the daily delivery plan.Plan bust routes and ensure minimal impact on customer.Agree delivery schedule revisions with customer.Daily Vehicle Monitoring. Monitor delivery progress.Report incidents en route that may impact on deliveries.Customer Communication.Communicate delivery schedule revisions to the customer at least 12 hours before delivery.Communicate delays or plan deviations that may impact the customer timeously.Keep the customer up-to-date on the progress of their delivery where delays have occurred.Desired Experience & QualificationMatric CertificateExcel SpreadsheetsPackage & RemunerationDetails to be provided upon application.
