About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Room Service Order Taker/Coordinator to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team.
We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests.
Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.
What you will doThe Room Service Order Taker/Coordinator is responsible for receiving all guest requests and communicates all available food menus.
The Room Service Order Taker/Coordinatoranticipates, customizes, and services guest's needs by recommending and accommodating guests' preferences and dietary needs.
They oversee the entire sequence of service.
About You:
•Knowledge of MICROS required
•Fluency in English reading, writing, and oral proficiency is required
•One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage and customer service preferred
•TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
•Work authorization in the United States

Schedule and Hours
This position is a full-time, overnight position.
