Roller Shutter Engineer
National Role
£15 - £17 per hour (depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced roller shutter engineer to install, repair and service:
3 phase and single-phase roller shutter doors
Fire rated shutter doors
Rapid roll doors
Sectional doors
Industrial insulated doors
Personnel/steel and fire exit doors
You will support Nationally across the sector. Integrated facilities management services with a purpose. Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Focus on a range of projects predominately across the Country; significant travel is required.
Servicing, fitting and maintenance of Industrial Roller Shutter Doors in commercial and industrial buildings, as well as some residential properties.
Tracking compliance daily.
Reporting on any operational incidents impacting building functionality.
Working closely with the wider FM team on site.
About You
Essential:
Experience of diagnosing and repairing Industrial Doors.
Experience of installation of Industrial Doors.
Full UK clean driving license.
Good communication skills and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and able to complete job sheets and pass certifications.
Desirable (Although training is available):
Experience of electrical work.
Scissor lift license / PASMA / IPAF.
CSCS.
