Operational Excellence:Serve as the main contact for store managers to address operational challenges and resolve issues swiftly.Ensure stores adhere to company policies, protocols, and guidelines.Oversee maintenance activities in stores, escalating urgent issues for prompt resolution. Compliance and Auditing:Conduct compliance assessments focusing on banking, cash management, and cash-related activities.Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure thorough Department of Labor (DOL) audits are conducted in stores.Uphold Health & Safety protocols to safeguard both employees and customers. Brand Consistency:Ensure a consistent and distinctive brand appearance across all stores.Work with Visual Managers to adhere to the brands visual merchandising guidelines. Industry Awareness and Adaptation:Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in retail management.Adapt strategies to stay aligned with shifting market conditions and consumer preferences.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Experience: 3 5 years in RetailExpertise in store processes, process improvement, and implementationProject Management skillsExperience in handling Industrial Relations (IR) mattersProficiency in workforce schedulingKnowledge of Health and Safety protocols at the store levelExperience in compliance auditsEducation:Grade 12 / Standard 10Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English; a third language is an advantageTertiary National Diploma in Retail Management or Business Management
