Job DescriptionTo conduct analysis to evaluate risk in accordance with the overall risk strategy and make recommendations to reduce or control risk thereby ensuring the bank is protected against operational or financial loss.
Collect and analyse the risk and control information to ensure that the bank is adequately protected against operational or financial loss.Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance.Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.Optimise work through the application of learning experiences.Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation.Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources.Produce timely and accurate risk reports for various governance committees.Work closely with the business to ensure that audit findings are addressed accordingly.Ensure that incident reports are accurately formulated by the business/risk owner and provide a central consolidation point for review and/or dissemination.Coordinate the quarterly risk committee and other key engagements with the Group and business partners.Generate reports using key BI tools and automation techniques.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below.
