The opportunity
We're looking for Senior Consultant candidates with expertise in GRC Technology like Archer GRC and/or ServiceNow GRC, focused on IRM architecture, design, build, and deployment, to join our team of professionals helping our clients in Middle East to transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance. Your key responsibilities
Ability to work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, updating team members on progress and mentoring the team.
Ability to understand business requirements and support business owners on their eGRC requirements.
Build a working relationship with client personnel through meaningful conversations.
Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables.
Engage with client contact persons and business owners as and when needed.
Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the Middle East locations on a need basis.
Understand, analyse the requirements, allocate tasks and update status reports.
Prepare project documentation and procedures.
Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks.
Ensuring adherence to quality processes specified for the project.
Enable Project Leadership for the successful execution of the project.
Contribute in building new services and mentoring the staff.
Support leadership on pursuits, to create Proof of Concepts', go-to market thought materials that can demonstrate EY capabilities to clients and other parties.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience developing and implementing Integrated Risk Management solutions in Archer or ServiceNow GRC.
One Certification from Archer or Service Now in GRC space (e.g., Certified Archer Professional, Certified Archer Consultant).
Experience implementing the Archer GRC or Service Now GRC product, including integrations with other systems using API or Data Feed Manager functionality.
Exposure and experience with Governance Risk and Compliance principals and processes, including control frameworks, controls assessments, policies and procedures, cyber security risk management processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and a proficiency in data management tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.
Ideally, you should also have
Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional.
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodology.
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Spotfire, PowerBI, Tableau).
Familiarity with integrations, including SQL, SOAP, XSLT, etc.
An understanding of and implementation experience with a variety of GRC tools (e.g., Archer IRM, ServiceNow IRM, Enablon, SAP GRC, etc.).
CISSP, CISA, CRISC or other relevant certification desired.
Big Four experience is a plus with IT risk, compliance, or security management experience.
