Are you someone who can: Assess and make decisions on group risk PHI and CI claimsLiaise with Members, Employers, Reinsurers, and 3rd party providersDrive return to work of Members with short duration disabilitiesImplement early intervention strategies for Members who are incapacitated but not disabled yet, to prevent a claimLiaise with Occupational Therapists and all other rehabilitation service providers involved in managing a claimHandle declines, disputes, and Ombud enquiries including litigation mattersManage Section 14 transfer liability for incoming and outgoing schemesMaintain Broker and intermediary relationsProvide product and process training to Funds as requiredReport periodically on claims statuses and portfolio trendsYou will be an ideal candidate if you have: At least 5 years' medical claims assessment experienceOccupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Biokineticist academic backgroundExperience working in a Group Risk EnvironmentExperience in dealing with Employers, Members, Fund Trustees/Principal Officers, Ombudsman/PFA, and general complaints handlingYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curiousAble to analyze complex data setsThriving in a collaborative environmentApply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
