Description To apply loss control processes within the organisation, including the follow up of special investigations and monitoring recoveryManage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesAnalysis of financial transactions and statements to forecast potential write-offs of claimsDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsMaintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholdersProvision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related informationComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsAssess and recommend the write – off and payment of funds to customers for all claims in excess of the branches delegated authorityReconcile and report on monthly risk lossFollow up on Special Investigations and monitor the recovery of fundsManage own development to increase own competenciesJob DetailsApplication Closing Date04/10/24All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
