Job Summary:Hlabahlosile is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with regulatory agencies, courts, and judicial agencies, coordinating on-site and off-site regulatory work, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with regulatory agencies, courts, and judicial agencies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless regulatory work.Track and implement regulatory opinions to ensure compliance.Preside over regulatory ratings and credit investigation management.Requirements:Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Risk Management.Excellent knowledge of POPIA, FAIS, FICA, Anti-money Laundering (AML), and NCR.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.What We Offer:Hlabahlosile offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive salary package.
