Reference: JHB000304-CLG-1To provide effective and efficient control and monitoring of all risk and compliance management activitiesDuties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess risks within the company environment in collaboration with Manager.Provide recommendations into the risk management action plan.Implement the risk awareness plan, as agreed by Management.Assist in reviewing risk strategies, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.Maintain and compile a risk register to inform risk management decisions.Required Minimum Work ExperienceImplement risk management practicesProvide assurance on the Fund's level of risk complianceFoster a risk and compliance awareness cultureProvide project management supportImplement fraud risk management practicesFacilitate maintenance of BCM programme (BCP Strategy; planning and testing)Assist with the implementation of a combined assurance modelRequired Experience and QualificationsRelevant Bachelor's DegreeRegistered with professional bodies (such as the Compliance Institute and/or Institute of Risk Management).Professional Body qualification/s (advantageous)At least 5 years job-related experience.Knowledge of Risk and ComplianceThe ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required.Report writingGovernance, Risk and ControlsUnderstanding of Industry trendsRelevant regulatory knowledgeShould you meet the above requirements, please upload your CV to our website www.hslabour.co.za.
