Join our team and be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of heavy loads.Roles & Responsibilities:Perform rigging tasks, including assembling and securing rigging equipment for various types of cranes.Calculate load capacities and determine appropriate rigging methods based on load weight and dimensions.Inspect rigging equipment regularly to ensure its integrity and compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with crane operators and signal personnel to execute lifting operations safely and efficiently.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination during rigging and lifting operations.Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks during lifting activities.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating rigging equipment.Maintain accurate records of rigging equipment inspections, maintenance, and usage.Assist in training new rigging personnel and promoting a culture of safety awareness.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional rigging certifications are a plus.Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Crane Rigger in construction or industrial settings.Thorough knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safe lifting practices.Ability to read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and rigging diagrams.Physical fitness and strength to handle heavy rigging equipment and loads.Excellent communication skills to convey clear instructions and signals during lifting operations.Attention to detail and strong situational awareness to identify potential safety risks.Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and physically demanding environments.Certifications in rigging safety and crane signaling preferred.
