In your new role you will be required to aid the RIB's clients' retention strategies and promote the growth of the Africa client base through constant RIB Candy support and continuous upskilling of the clients' personnel and maintaining clients' relationships.
You will act as the perfect all-rounder: educating customers through training, getting software solutions "up and running", successfully developing and implementing ways of working and thinking together with customers.
Therefore, you will make the difference as to whether our RIB Candy customers within the Africa region succeed in their digital transformation or not.
Key responsibilities

Implementation of our software solution "RIB Candy" for newly acquired clients
Facilitation of all RIB Candy related training
Management of key accounts for upselling and retention to ensure a successful customer journey
Support the RIB Candy Sales team with product demonstrations
Technical product support for RIB Candy
Consulting on specialized RIB Candy subject matters with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and the Development team


Essential requirements

Experience within Construction as either a Planner, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager or Cost Consultant for at least 5 years
Advanced proficiency as a RIB Candy Software User, especially in RIB Candy Planning
Readiness to travel for a minimum of 10% per year within the Africa region
Proficient English skills in verbally and written
