In your new role you will be required to aid the RIB's clients' retention strategies and promote the growth of the Africa client base through constant RIB Candy support and continuous upskilling of the clients' personnel and maintaining clients' relationships. You will act as the perfect all-rounder: educating customers through training, getting software solutions "up and running", successfully developing and implementing ways of working and thinking together with customers. Therefore, you will make the difference as to whether our RIB Candy customers within the Africa region succeed in their digital transformation or not.
Key responsibilities Implementation of our software solution "RIB Candy" for newly acquired clientsFacilitation of all RIB Candy related trainingManagement of key accounts for upselling and retention to ensure a successful customer journeySupport the RIB Candy Sales team with product demonstrationsTechnical product support for RIB CandyConsulting on specialized RIB Candy subject matters with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and the Development team Essential requirements Experience within Construction as either a Planner, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager or Cost Consultant for at least 5 yearsAdvanced proficiency as a RIB Candy Software User, especially in RIB Candy PlanningReadiness to travel for a minimum of 10% per year within the Africa regionProficient English skills in verbally and written Desired skills and competencies Highly advanced Microsoft Office SkillsExcellent communication & presentation skills Motivated by our values & vision, we are driving the digital transformation of our customers - for a more digital, efficient and sustainable engineering and construction industry.
