Knowledge and experience working with Nokia and Huawei vendor systems is required. As an RF expert, the successful candidate will help define how the organisation optimises and deploys mobile networks. This position requires a broad technical knowledge to leverage in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to improve their network cost advantage by increasing operational efficiencies within their radio network. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for this position.What you will do:Prepare justification pack for KPI acceptance exclusions.Build and manage relationships with client's Regional Managers for smooth communications.Manage day to day optimization activity which drives KPI improvements.Verify client's implementation RAN parameters proposed by the client for 4G/5G KPIs improvements.Analyse failures, drive test logs and execute recommendations for performance improvement.Analyse poor radio quality patches for regions and prepare short-mid-long-term plans to mitigate it.Keep track on new built sites and propose own recommendations to enhance the performance.Manage data base updates on a regular basis.Handle configuration checks and ensure regional level parameters are regularly verified.Provide inputs for weekly governance meetings and show progress activities for regions and ask for support if needed.Get and execute strategic and E2E team's proposal for further network improvements.Give feedback for any issues or plan changes from clients for deployment in regions.RAN capacity optimisation and raise concerns for having new sites after making sure proper optimisation execution and proposal.Neighbour optimisation for mobility performance for 2G/3G/4G/5G.Voice-data optimisation specially for VoLTE for better retainability recommendations and ensuring well executed by the organisation.Track on change requests using Change Request tool.Share high quality reports with the customer regarding KPIs issues, improvements and new suggestions for parameters and features.Keep track on regional level customer complaints for information point of view.Keep track on benchmark drive test failures trending and making sure it is improving quarter to quarter.Identifying and highlighting low KPI performance as per drive test investigation case/Feature of interest or optimisation activities.Drive test root cause analysis and optimisation recommendations for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies and features.Lead and facilitate drive test reporting processes and activities.Liaising with and relaying feedback directly to the customer with regards to technical aspects of the project, including discussing findings and reporting presentations.Support for all drive test tools, technical queries and troubleshooting to the data collection team, customers and internal structures.Facilitate quality assurance and control measures for any technical material (reports, statistical summaries, DT logfiles) before it is shared directly with the customer.Responsible for 4G/5G new features proposal and implementation.Audit the network parameters and remove any inconsistency to improve the performance.Propose new methodologies to improve the network behaviour.Analyse traces needed for troubleshooting.Determine the need for expansions and new sites according to the traffic and coverage requirements.Minimum Requirements:Strong knowledge in 2G/3G/LTE/5G, with deep and strong understanding of 4G/5G.Bachelor's degree in Technology, preferably in Telecommunication.10+ years of overall wireless and wireline telecom industry experience as a service provider and/or equipment vendor.
