We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineering Manager to lead our talented team of RF engineers in designing and optimizing advanced RF systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of RF engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise. Oversee the design, development, and testing of RF components and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet organizational goals. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Develop and implement RF testing protocols and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in RF engineering. Strong knowledge of RF design software (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with (specific technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G, satellite communications) is a plus.
