About the job Rewards & Benefits SpecialistJob purpose:To coordinate the implementation of organisational remuneration and benefit interventions to ensure market competitivenessSummary - Key Accountabilities:Remuneration & benefits research & analysisLegislative complianceIncentive & reward systems implementation & managementProcedure and Process Development, Review and MaintenanceRemuneration committee submissionsAnnual Salary Review Planning & ImplementationContract Administration and MaintenanceJob grading & role profile managementA tertiary qualification in social sciences or data analytics will be an advantageAn understanding of organisational effectiveness would be an advantage i.e. business processes, technology+/- 10 years experience in Human resourcesRem & Benefits experience will be an advantageExperience in data analytics would be advantageousJudgement (decision making)Drive, energy and initiative (results-focus)
