Revenue Operations Manager

Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager for an education centre based in Cape Town. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's revenue generation and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes to ensure seamless flow and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align strategies and drive revenue growth
Utilize revenue intelligence tools and CRM systems to track, analyse, and derive insights from revenue-related data
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data management and analytics
Forecast revenue performance and provide financial projections to support strategic decision-making
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and mitigate risks through effective management
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and maximize revenue

Requirements

Previous experience in revenue operations or related roles
Solid understanding of revenue operations principles and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in revenue intelligence tools and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
