We're proud to say we've achieved carbon-neutral status on all our transport moves.The Revenue Operations LeadThe Revenue Operations Lead is critical to driving growth and operational efficiency across AnyVan's revenue-generating teams. This role will oversee strategic initiatives and deliver insights that empower sales, customer success, and marketing teams to optimise performance, improve customer satisfaction, and align efforts across the business. Key responsibilities include developing data-backed strategies, enhancing operational processes, and co-ordinating between departments to ensure a seamless revenue engine.What you'll be doing:Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse data from tools like Hubspot, Tableau, and Snowflake to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement. Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and guide strategic initiatives.Process Optimisation: Design, implement, and continuously refine sales and customer success workflows, enabling efficient scaling of operations and improving productivity across teams.Sales CRM: Build and improve sales-related CRM to maximise conversion and align with AnyVan's brand.Customer Success & Virtual Team Management: Manage AnyVan's customer success team and virtual team, driving high retention and quality on all jobs.Performance Monitoring: Track progress against KPIs and targets, identifying early signals of at-risk renewals. Develop playbooks in collaboration with sales and customer success teams to mitigate churn and escalate issues when necessary.Tech Stack Management: Solve internal requests and manage the tech stack across CS, Sales, and Marketing, optimising systems and workflows for improved effectiveness.Optimisation of Commercial Architecture: Redesign and optimise commercial frameworks to enhance team productivity, visibility, and engagement while reducing costs.Apply advanced analytics to assess sales roles, workloads, and engagement approaches, aiming to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of front-line sellers.What you'll need to succeed:Degree educated or extensive proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role with an in-depth understanding of customer success and sales methodologies.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Hubspot, Tableau, Snowflake), with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Strong project management skills, with experience in process improvement and workflow optimisation.Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across functions.A bias to action with a proven track record of getting things done at high tempo.The ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District in Cape Town at least 3 days a week.Strong alignment with our company values (outlined below).Perks of the job:A salary that reflects your value (above market rate).Performance-Based Incentives: Enjoy a strong commission structure tied to your success.Take a Break: 20 days of holiday plus public holidays and Christmas Eve on us.Keeping you healthy: ZAR1,000 per month towards medical aid with Momentum or Discovery.Prepare for the future: Pension Fund with 5% employee and 5% employer contributions.Travel: We've got your evening commute covered, car park space if you drive, and showers and towels if you cycle.Keeping you refreshed: Enjoy an in-house barista and free fruit every day.Social Scene: Thursday and Friday drinks, and regular social activities.Celebrating Success: 1/4 performance awards with prizes and an annual performance awards - last year's winners enjoyed a 4-day all expenses paid trip to the French Alps!Skills Booster: Opportunity to join a disruptive Technology Leader and be part of a fast-growing, innovative company reshaping the industry.DE&IIn our pursuit of fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, we invite individuals from all backgrounds to join us in our mission.
