Discuss Sales Strategies with DoS and GMMaintain and manage all Reservation Channels, ensuring RIL rate integrity policiesAnalyze Market Conditions and TrendsAnalyze Business OpportunitiesDevelop, execute, and review an optimal revenue strategyProvide Education and training to Front Office, Reservation, and SalesPlay an active role in Forecast and Budget creation and Sales and Marketing PlanCreate a team-working environment promoting morale, commitment, pride, and performance in the reservations department and the hotelEnsure all directions are followed at the request of Senior ManagementManage the room inventory to maximize yield per available roomEducate team members on local, Regional, and Corporate programsAnalyze the impact of promotional programsUpdate and maintain all 3rd party websites on a daily basisUpdate and maintain GDS – TARS & Hotel DistributionSet daily selling hurdle and market rate to maximize yieldImplement an upselling programMaintain communication of any changes to Senior managementCreate and communicate overbooking policy and adjust according to market mix, daily movements, historical wash, and lead timesConduct competition analysis for all main reservation channelsRecord turn-aways in PMSUpdate daily Pickup reportReview no-shows with DOSM and decide about charging feesControl all reservation movements for standard coding with direct feedback and monthly training on mistakesEnsure correct market segmentation of gained businessQualificationsAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
