REVENUE MANAGER
Finance
Accountable for maintaining a Pricing Model and monitoring the realisation of the Pricing Strategy so as to ensure profitable revenue growth across all geographies. This role will work with various concrete variables, requiring an understanding of the theory or practices underpinning inter-related functional processes across an internal and external value chain.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop and monitor the implementation of a Pricing Strategy, to guide and advise on margin management tactics, and to monitor margin impact so as to ensure profitable revenue growth of The Beverage Company. The role will also be expected to contribute towards establishing a viable Commercial Model and commercial best practices for The Beverage Company.

Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Develop Pricing Strategy
Gain insight from internal and external organisational information, model scenarios and develop the overall Pricing Strategy for The Beverage Company
Clearly define the revenue and cost drivers, as well as the applicable business rules by which the Regions should manage margin
Define the metrics to monitor and track profitability indicators, and incorporate into revenue reporting
Monitor and Track Margin Management
Actively engage with senior leadership to ensure an understanding of set price points and the key principles and business rules by which to manage margin
Monitor the impact of margin management practices such as promotions and markdowns
Identify trends, variances and advise on mechanisms to optimise profitability
Contribute towards establishing a viable Commercial Model for The Beverage Company
Contribute to Customer and Product Segmentation Modelling, and Channel Strategy Development
Provide inputs into the Product Portfolio Strategy and stress test the feasibility thereof
Contribute towards the crafting of an effective Go-To-Market strategy
Contribute to the development of the overall Company Marketing and Sales Plan
Support with, and collaborate on the implementation of various Business Development initiatives
Contribute towards establishing Commercial Best Practices within The Beverage Company
Provide input towards, and assist with the successful rollout of Sales Force Automation initiatives
Ensure the availability of timely and accurate customer and sales information
General Business, Financial and People Management
Actively participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes
Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising relevant operational practices, processes and systems
Ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks of practices, processes, standards and controls
Manage cost drivers and take the necessary action to mitigate financial risk and address variances and discrepancies
Ensure that the right people capacity is in place and manage employee performance through effective and goal directed people leadership
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) - SAICA
5+ Years experience (Operational Execution)
SAP
Microsoft Office
