Revenue / Deputy General Manager – 4 Hotel, Cape Town*
A well-established 4* hotel in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue / Deputy General Manager to lead operational and revenue management strategies, ensuring the hotel's profitability and exceptional guest experiences. Candidates must have recent experience within a 4/5* hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy, room rates, and profitability.
Monitor market trends, analyse competitor pricing, and adjust revenue strategies accordingly.
Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring alignment with the hotel's financial and operational goals.
Assist the General Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest feedback.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive promotional strategies and improve occupancy.
Support the General Manager in overall business strategy and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Recent experience as a Revenue or Deputy General Manager in a 4/5* hotel environment.
A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategies, and hotel operations.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in revenue management and hotel management systems.
