This role includes supervising staff involved in revenue processing and collection, and working closely with reservations and other departments to maximize revenue streams, enhance financial controls, and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.Responsibilities:Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reportingConsistent weekly and monthly revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.Conduct detailed revenue analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with the Director of Revenue to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies.Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trendsEnsure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacityResponsible for the entire distribution framework, rate code and package managementEnsure web site booking process and all other distributon tools and channels are maintained up-to-date and functionalRegularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation & channel)Lead and supervise a team responsible for billing, invoicing, and revenue collection, ensuring adherence to company policies.Ensure accurate reconciliation of revenue reports with accounting systemsAssist in preparing monthly revenue forecasts, budgets, and projections in collaboration with the finance team.Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and explanation of revenue transactions.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and tax requirements related to revenue.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management regarding revenue performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Identify and implement improvements in the revenue management process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to revenue discrepancies.Collaborate with all third party partners to manage and oversee the overall strategyQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, accounting, or a related role. Prior experience in reservations is a must.Prior supervisory experience is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Computer literate with a high-level command of MS Office(Excel, Macros & Powerpoint) and other data analysis toolsKnowledge of technology systems: PMS, RMS, GDS, CRS, Extranets & Business Intelligence ToolsExcellent communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
