Revenue Coordinator

As a Revenue Coordinator at Mount Nelson, A Belmond Hotel, you will work closely with the Area Revenue Manager to manage room and rate availability per company guidelines to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall room revenue and market share for all properties in the division.Primary Responsibilities Include:Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all properties and assist with any ad-hoc reporting as neededPrepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly STR submissions for all propertiesMonitor rate parity and distributionAssist in the development and improvement of new and current revenue management tools and reporting.RequirementsWhat You Bring:Attention to detail with a high level of accuracyGood analytical and numeric skillsKnowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager etcPrevious experience in a similar roleWhat We Offer:At Mount Nelson, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
