Revenue Assurance Administrator (6 Months Fixed-Term Contract)

IntroductionTRACKER requires the services of a Revenue Assurance Administrator in the Finance Department at our Johannesburg Head Office for a period of six (6) months.
We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:• Comparisons on billing data to ensure all updates are correctly processed and interfaced.• Ensure all errors and discrepancies are corrected.• Manage the daily interface list, including investigations and correction of errors.• Logging of requests for technical interventions and enhancements.• Testing of system changes that are made.• Ad hoc inventory and revenue projects and reporting.• Pricing maintenance.• Accurate and timely preparation and processing of month-end files, journals and reconciliations.Desired Experience & Qualification• Degree in Accounting• Excellent Excel and MS Access proficiency• Ability to work with big data• Minimum 5 years' experience in an annuity / subscription billing environment• Outstanding analytical skills• Excellent attention to detail• Excellent numeric and problem solving skills• Strong communication skills• Results Orientation• Deadline Driven• Initiative• Time management• Ability to work under pressure
