Revenue Administrator

An entertainment company is currently seeking a Revenue Administrator to join their finance team. As a Revenue Administrator , you will responsible for the following: Monitor the Central Electronic Monitoring System (CEMS) for adjustments, queries, and cash-ups. Record and track site queries related to cash-up discrepancies, documenting all stages of investigation and resolution. Utilize technical expertise in CEMS reporting, QlikView, GGR Statistics, and CRM to implement processes and procedures. Analyze significant variances in machine or site GGR. Collect and analyze revenue and gameplay data from the Central Monitoring System. Conduct detailed analysis of gameplay data and deliver timely reports to stakeholders. Perform ad hoc data sourcing and analysis for key games, machines, and licensed sites. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations set by relevant regulatory authorities. Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Matric Excellent presentation skills would be advantageous Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar position QlikView advantageous If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
