We are a leading provider of security solutions in the Web3 space, dedicated to delivering proactive threat detection and mitigation for decentralized finance (DeFi) projects, blockchain networks, asset managers, and cryptocurrency platforms.

We're seeking a Head of Partnerships to join our growing team and spearhead the creation and execution of strategic partnership initiatives. If you have a deep understanding of the DeFi and CeFi ecosystems, consider yourself crypto-native, and have a proven ability to build successful partnership programs from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview As the Head of Partnerships, you'll take ownership of developing, executing, and scaling our global partnership strategies. Working collaboratively across multiple teams, you'll cultivate valuable relationships within the Web3 and CeFi ecosystems to drive business growth and broaden our influence in the market.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Design: Create and implement a partnerships strategy aligned with our company's goals and long-term vision. Ecosystem Engagement: Establish and grow relationships with partners, including DeFi protocols, centralized platforms, blockchain projects, institutional entities, and technology providers. Partner Support: Build resources, frameworks, and tools to ensure the success of collaborative initiatives. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams—including sales, marketing, product, and engineering—to ensure partnership strategies align with product development and go-to-market plans. Industry Representation: Represent the company at key industry events and forums, positioning us as a thought leader in Web3 security. Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs to measure partnership program success, regularly report on progress, and refine strategies as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Crypto Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including DeFi and CeFi. Partnership Experience: Proven track record of creating and scaling successful partnership initiatives. Strong Industry Network: Established relationships across the blockchain, crypto, and traditional finance spaces, including exchanges and institutional players. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify high-impact opportunities and execute strategies effectively. Negotiation Skills: Experienced in leading negotiations and crafting mutually beneficial agreements. Cross-Functional Experience: Skilled in aligning partnership goals with technical, marketing, and business development strategies. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to varied audiences. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years in partnerships or business development within crypto, blockchain, or financial services. Experience working with startups and established companies. Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 security solutions. Proven ability to scale partnerships across global markets, especially APAC, EMEA, or the Americas.
