Introduction An exciting opportunity as Returns department DC Supervisor has become available at New Clicks SA (Pty) Ltd. The role will be based in Montague Gardens DC and will report to the Departmental Manager.
Purpose and Objectives
You will be responsible to effectively manage a team ensuring adherence to policies and processes and meeting of productivity targets, within a multi-disciplined environment.To hold the daily SGM meetings, address performance and training needs to ensure improvement.To manage employees to achieve productivity targets and take remedial action where requiredTo assist in planning for staff requirements based on volume, aligned to planned budgetTo action and manage daily/weekly reportingTo adhere to statutory health and safety requirements, housekeeping standards and all other internal policies to ensure complianceEnsure that the KPI board is completed correctly and timeouslyTo achieve the KPI's in the department within planned budgets and schedules and ensure a proper handover between shiftsTo ultimately deliver high levels of service to Our Customers.To live and instill The Brand's Values. Experience and Education: Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (Advantageous)3 years' experience in a logistic environment/ returns (Essential) Preferred skills Computer skills on MS Office (Word and Excel)Financial background- Budget and Cost ManagementUnderstanding of handling IR related issuesUnderstanding of Housekeeping & the 5S's approachUnderstanding of Health & Safety requirementsCommunicate effectively at all levelsStrong planning and co-coordinating skillsAbility to work in a teamAbility to work under pressure / time deadlinesHonesty and integrityAbility to manage a TeamAbility to manage performanceAbility to plan and execute within a short space of timeDo you require help with the registration process?
