Introduction Clicks is on the hunt for a talented RDC Clerk to effectively support the Montague Gardens Distribution Centre achieve/exceed Departmental targets whilst minimizing damages to stores, accurate recording of paperwork and assets.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring that the MGDC performs to the business's set KPI's and targets.Carrying out your role/functions in support of the business's goals and objectives.Managing your subordinates and area of responsibility to ensure profitable operation.Accurately managing those people assigned to you and your costs in your area.Adhering to statutory health and safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and all other internal policies to ensure compliance.Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of KPI boards.Accurately recording and submitting reports and paperwork as required by your line manager.Qualification and Experience required: Matric1 Year experience within distribution centre/logisticsCustomer relationsExperience on warehouse management systems.Job knowledge and related skills: Microsoft Office suiteUnderstanding of Logistics environmentGood organising skillsCommunication (Written and Verbal)Basic Numeric SkillsCompetency Requirements: Delivering results and meeting customers expectationsRelating and networkingPersuading and InfluencingPlanning and OrganisingAdhering to Principles and ValuesDeciding and initiating ActionApplying expertise and TechnologyWriting and ReportingWhy Clicks:
