Role OverviewThe incumbent of the role will be responsible for effectively administering and processing approved death benefit claims which arise on funds.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the ongoing processing of all 37C death claims which includes conducting thorough investigations into the affairs of the deceased and drawing up draft resolutions for trustees' approval.Provide an excellent and professional service to all clients.Gain an understanding of the company's Everest system with regards to Fund processes.Develop and implement strategies in order to achieve deadlines.Process the death claims from inception to completion.Maintain comprehensive registers of claims in progress.QualificationsMatric certificateExperienceMust have at least 1 year of experience in the pension's administration environmentSkills RequiredA minimum of 5 years' experience conducting 37C investigations and drawing up of 37C resolutionsExperience on Excel, Outlook, WordExperience on Everest would be an advantageAttention to detail and high level of accuracyThe NMG SA Group of Companies are authorised financial service providers t/a NMG Benefits
