Job Summary: A large established company is looking for a Retention Manager to assist the business in retaining their existing customers and optimizing them throughout their lifecycle.Responsibilities:End-to-end retentionImplementing, monitoring, and reportingExecute robust retention-based marketing strategies across a wide range of channelsDrive strategy to support operational excellence and business transformationDrive optimization through relevant and innovative business conceptsStay abreast of technologyEnhance customer experience & offeringsCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure we are maximizing customer experience, efficiency, profitability, and productivityJob Type: PermanentBusiness Travel: NoRemuneration:Salary of up to R65,000 per month depending on experienceCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSQualifications:Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, and/or Business Management (NQF 5)Experience:At least 2 years' experience in a similar rolePrevious experience in CRM-related campaigns that revolve around retention and acquisition offersExperience in CRM-related platforms, online Gaming Platforms, Microsoft to a skilled degreeBI and project management experience that involves retention processesKnowledge of data analyticsKnowledge of front-end and back-end web design (WordPress, Strapi, or similar)Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search, Google Ads, Facebook Business MetaExperience with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and InstagramPersonal Attributes:Ability to work as part of a team or individuallyDeliver high-quality outputs consistently and accurately
