Position: Retail & Warehouse Manager Location: Yellow Lemon Tree Polokwane Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail & Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store & warehouse. The Retail & Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining overall store profitability. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store & warehouse. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Maintain store & warehouse visual merchandising and ensure a clean and organized store & warehouse environment. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product offerings. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Prepare and analyze sales reports and financial data. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Retail & Warehouse Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of retail & warehouse management best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
