DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Client Partnership: Develop strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their hiring needs and culture to deliver customized recruitment solutions.Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, attract, and recruit high-quality candidates for a variety of retail roles, from sales associates to executive-level positions.Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier retail professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, and headhunting.Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate skills, and ensure candidates align with client needs. Provide consultative advice to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.Job Advertising: Write compelling job adverts and post them across appropriate channels to attract the best talent.Recruitment Strategy: Work closely with the internal team to develop and refine recruitment strategies for retail sector clients.Negotiation and Closing: Manage offer processes, including salary negotiations and contract finalizations.Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the retail sector.Performance Targets: Meet and exceed recruitment targets, delivering high-quality results to clients within specified time frames.Education ProfileSkills and Qualifications: Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the retail or high-volume hiring space.Retail Knowledge: A strong understanding of retail industry roles and organizational structures.Relationship Building: Ability to forge strong client and candidate relationships through exceptional service and communication.Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs and targets.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple roles and competing priorities.Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling contract negotiations and managing client expectations.Why Join Us?
