Retail Supervisor (Sc)

BEAUTY BASE - FULL-TIME PERMANENT SUPERVISOR
Beauty Base is a fast expanding company which is looking for bright and hungry candidates. Opportunities for progression and to run your own store are available as we are planning on opening a number of stores in the near future.
10 OUT OF 10 OF OUR EXISTING MANAGERS HAVE BEEN PROMOTED FROM WITHIN THE COMPANY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will help your Store Manager to:

Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes.
Daily cashing up.
Holding of keys, opening & closing of store.
Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).
Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.
Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Handling refunds and exchanges.
Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office.

Full-time role with variable hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Experience:

Supervising: 1 year (preferred).
Retail sales or Hospitality: 2 years (preferred).
