Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team in Noordhoek. The ideal candidate must come from a clothing retail background and be able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing training and support.
Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in clothing retail is mandatory (not negotiable).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must reside within 25 km of Noordhoek.
Must have own reliable transport.
