Minimum Requirements:A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)5 or more years of experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-turnover environmentStrong leadership and matrix management skillsTechnologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutionsProven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiencesExperience in compiling performance reportsSolid understanding of retail operationsEager and flexible to work across various store locations throughout JohannesburgDuties and Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and developmental targetsEnsure outstanding customer experiences and address feedback effectivelyOversee day-to-day operations, including inventory and store standardsAnalyze performance data and provide strategic recommendationsCollaborate across teams to align with business objectivesMaintain compliance with policies while driving innovation and efficiency
