Retail Store Manager

Camperdown. Retail Store Manager position exists for a hands-on, proactive candidate with previous relevant experience managing a retail store and staff. Sigma knowledge is ideal.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing staff and conflict resolutionCalculating correct GP percentages and selling pricesEnsuring GRV's are captured correctlyPerforming full stock take and in-depth stock controlProviding monthly management reportsRequirements: MatricRelevant tertiary qualificationMust have retail experience and preferably in-depth Sigma knowledgeAble to work well under pressureDynamic and flexibleAble to project budgets and give forecasts on sales, cost of sale, shrinkage report, and overall GP weeklyStrong communication and listening skills
