Retail Store Manager

As Store Manager you will be responsible for managing staff and conflict resolution, calculating correct GP percentages and selling prices, ensuring GRVs are captured correctly, performing full stock take and in depth stock control, and providing monthly management reports. Requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification Must have retail experience and preferably in-depth Sigma knowledge Able to work well under pressure Dynamic and flexible Able to project budgets and give forecast on sales, cost of sale, shrinkage report and overall GP weekly Strong communication and listening skills
