5+ years of retail management experienceProven track record of sales growth and team leadershipExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong analytical and decision-making skillsProficiency in retail software and technologyGrade 12 (Matric)
