Retail Store Manager

Retail Store Manager required for a reputable retail company based in Zwelitsha, Eastern Cape.
Requirements: Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
Additional certifications in retail management or leadership an advantage.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in inventory management software and point of sale (POS) systems.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor expenses and maintain budget controls.
Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Coordinate promotional activities and oversee merchandising displays.
