RETAIL-SPA THERAPIST HOPEFIELD - West Coast, South Africa START: A.S.A.P / 01 October 2024 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Saturday & Public Holidays 08:00 - 16:00 CLOSED on Sundays 1x weekend off per month (Sat & Sun / Sun & Mon) Overtime for operational needs will be required REPORT TO: Owner REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS R8,000 - R10,000 Basic per month (Based On Experience & Skills) Services Commission - 30% Retail Commission - 25% Commission is due upon exceeding basic MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen Diploma in Skin Care / Somatology / Cosmetology or similar Candidate must be based in or directly around Hopefield OR willing to relocate at own expense EXPERIENCE: Retail experience working in beauty department or similar Minimum TWO years experience in salon or spa after graduation ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services including Basic Facials & Massages Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly - RETAIL confident Confidently re-book clients where applicable Ability to work independently without supervision Social media savvy - able to market your services or specials BONUS SKILLS (nice to have): Dermaplaning Micro-needling
