Retail Receiving Clerk

Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect all incoming stock and deliveries.Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.Record and maintain detailed logs of received goods.Report and manage discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages.Collaborate with the stockroom and sales teams to ensure efficient inventory control.Ensure all received goods are stored properly and in a timely manner.Assist in cycle counting and stock management.Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management systems.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to lift and move heavy items as required by the job.
