Retail Project Manager Shopfit

Leading retailer is seeking a Shop Refit Project Manager to manage the entire process of shop fitting for new stores from inception to store opening.
Location: North West of England
This role includes preparing site surveys, obtaining competitive tenders, managing capital budgets, and working with retail colleagues to ensure a fantastic looking product. This role requires a flexible individual not afraid of a challenge and encompasses new store openings throughout the UK.
Responsibilities:Visit sites the business is considering to evaluate challenges to new store opening and to establish capital budgets.Liaise with architects, agents, acquisition surveyors, and retail colleagues to agree on optimum store layout, finishes, and any necessary enabling works.Tender the necessary shop fitting works in accordance with company guidelines and secure competitive prices for projects.Instruct architects and other professionals for any necessary planning or other approvals required.Instruct the selected contractor and monitor shop-fitting to ensure the opening of the store to an agreed cost, specification, and timescale.Manage any snagging items post store opening in a quick and efficient manner and attend meetings with colleagues to update them on progress in the new store opening programme.Assist in the development of new store concepts.Develop a robust and reliable pool of suitable contractors.To hear more, send your CV now to Sam at ROC recruitment.
