Your main responsibilities will include management and growth of a portfolio of accounts, driving business conversations with clients, and developing successful Retail Media strategies through cross-disciplinary collaboration. You'll be reporting to the Senior Director Paid Media, Regional lead.Your primary responsibilities will include:Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growthBuild strong client relationships and understand their business goalsCreate and deliver large-scale, data-driven strategies for clientsProject manage initiatives within the media planCreate professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insightsCollaborate with Business Development to create innovative strategies for prospective clientsAlign with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharingMentor and educate junior staff to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual's ongoing personal developmentUse a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.QualificationsProficiency in overseeing the management and success of a large client portfolioDemonstrated expertise of retail media advertising sponsored ads and DSP platformsExperience working with Vendor & Seller Central, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and 3rd party bid management platforms such as Skai or PacvueFamiliarity with demonstrating a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demandsExperience managing media budgets over $1 million dollars while hitting/outperforming KPIsFull funnel media planning experience taking into account several ad formats, audiences, and seasonal periodsExperience with the retail industryExperience managing a teamAdvanced Excel (can perform complex functions) /Google SheetsNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
