Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Regional Manager to oversee and manage three of their franchise stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management and customer service and the ability to drive business growth.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of three franchise stores.Ensure stores are opened on time, clean, and fully operational.Uphold a vibrant, effective, and efficient retail environment, focusing on excellent customer service.Manage end-of-day operations, including cash-ups and store security.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a pleasant retail experience.Assign tasks to staff, foster teamwork, and manage individual performance.Oversee merchandising, ensuring goods are available, properly displayed, and priced.Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and promote new product lines.Ensure IT equipment is well-maintained and up to date with necessary licenses.Manage special accounts, ensuring timely billing and accurate internal reporting.Conduct monthly reporting, including revenue projections and staff incentives.Qualifications: Grade 12Tertiary qualification would be beneficial but not essentialValid driver's license and own vehicle.Clear criminal record.Excellent English business literacy.Customer-centric approach.Proven ability to grow a business.Apply Now!
