Retail Manager

ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality products, is seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of its retail branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate retail staff and cashiers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
Develop and implement effective pricing policies and schedules
Design and implement visually appealing store displays
Identify new products and services to meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends
Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Manage inventory levels and ensure products are in stock to meet customer demand
Develop and implement effective promotions and marketing strategies to drive sales
Utilise computer systems to record sales data, analyse trends, and plan for future growth
Preside over staff meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a retail store, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry
Qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
Experience with computer systems, such as Accpacc or similar, is advantageous
