Responsible for all aspects of retail leasing including, accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants, drafting all of related documents and ensuring compliance, ensuring pre-leasing/leasing paperwork is completed and correct, tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes, FICA document compliance, ensuring deposits, fees and payments are made timeously, administration of renewals. Must have a relevant degree/diploma and at least 5 years direct experience in a similar position as well as an SACSC Certificate, be registered as well as hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).
