Retail General Manager

Key Responsibilities:Retail Operations Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the petrol retail service stations operations, including fuel sales, convenience store management, and customer service excellence.Team Leadership: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring efficient teamwork and maintaining high standards across all areas.Financial Performance: Monitor and manage financial performance, including sales, margins, stock control, and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.Stock and Inventory Control: Ensure accurate stock management, minimize wastage, and optimize product offerings to meet customer demand and sales trends.Customer Service: Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and products, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall customer experience.Reporting: Regularly prepare and present performance reports, including financials, sales trends, and operational insights to upper management.Requirements:At least 5-7 years of management experience in retail, petrol service station management, or FMCGExperience in managing petrol retail service stations would be highly advantageous.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.Experience with stock management, vendor relations, and operational compliance.A degree or diploma in business management, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not essential with relevant experience).Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
